HELI-UNION's development and long term viability - which are the main goals of the Group in the interest of its customers, shareholders and staff - are conditioned to strict human, technical and financial resources management.

The financial resources, required to guarantee HELI-UNION's development, are conditioned by HELI-UNION's ability to satisfy its customers day after day. Indeed, customers satisfaction relies on the quality of the services performed in the commercial, technical, operational as well as administrative areas.


QUALITY : A CULTURE SHARED WITH OUR CUSTOMERS

The development and strengthening of a partnership with our customers relies on an open and constructive dialogue. For this purpose, HELI-UNION permanently complete and adapt, with the additional requirements demanded by its customers, the high standards of quality of service required by the Authority and already implemented by HELI-UNION.

The heart of the relationships between HELI-UNION, its customers and the Authority is based on Quality. In the same way, Quality is a strong common culture, for both HELI-UNION and its subcontractors, in which everyone actively participates in the following areas:

  • flight safety and aircraft airworthiness (risks linked to operations are continuously identified, assessed and monitored);
  • Staff health (all known means are implemented in order to avoid staff health alteration and, as a consequence, to increase their avaibility);
  • environment (in order to minimize the operations nuisances impact on the ecosystem of the areas where HELI-UNION operates).

Helicopter public transportation and aerial work companies are operating in a severely competitive environment. However, the safety in operations, the respect of regulations and the satisfaction of our customers remain HELI-UNION's prioritary objectives.

I personally commit myself to take all necessary measures to implement the Quality policy, and to check its effectiveness. I require all staff working in the HELI-UNION Group to involve himself personally in this process, as everybody's motivation and action are required to guarantee success.
